We begin with a complimentary consultation and care assessment to understand the client’s needs, preferences, and daily routines. From there, we develop a personalized care plan designed to provide the right level of support. 

 Absolutely. Every client is unique, so we tailor our care plans to meet individual needs. Services and schedules can be adjusted as needs change. 

Jordan’s Journey Home Care Professionals offers flexible scheduling options, including:

• Hourly care (with weekly minimums)
• Part-time assistance 
• Overnight care 
• 24-hour care (when needed)

No. Jordan’s Journey Home Care Professionals provides non-medical home care services only. We do not administer medications, perform medical procedures, or provide skilled nursing care. However, we can work alongside healthcare providers and family members as part of a support team. 

In many cases, services can begin within 24 to 48 hours after the initial consultation and completion of necessary paperwork. 

Most non-medical home care services are private pay. Some long-term care insurance policies may cover home care services. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify benefits. 

Yes. We encourage family involvement and communication. Family members are welcome to participate in care planning and receive updates about their loved one’s well-being. 

 Care needs often change over time. Our team will reassess and update the care plan as needed to ensure your loved one continues receiving appropriate support.
