Every new client receives direct care from our Certified Trainer during the first week of service, allowing us to learn each client’s preferences firsthand and personally train their assigned Care Partner. Meet the Founder
Jordan’s Journey Home Care Professionals LLC was founded by Theresa, who became a primary caregiver for her parent at just 36 while balancing full-time work and nursing school. Facing the emotional, physical, and logistical challenges of caregiving firsthand, she quickly realized that families often struggle to find guidance, support, and trustworthy resources.
In 2018, Theresa launched Jordan’s Journey to remove the guesswork from care and provide families with compassionate, reliable, and personalized support.
Today, our experienced Care Partners assist new parents, individuals with disabilities, and seniors, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and peace of mind in their own homes.
