Meet the Founder
Jordan’s Journey Home Care Professionals LLC was founded by Theresa, who became a primary caregiver for her parent at just 36 while balancing full-time work and nursing school. Facing the emotional, physical, and logistical challenges of caregiving firsthand, she quickly realized that families often struggle to find guidance, support, and trustworthy resources. Understanding the importance of customer assistance, Theresa launched Jordan’s Journey in 2018 to remove the guesswork from care and provide families with compassionate, reliable, and personalized support. Today, our experienced Care Partners assist new parents, individuals with disabilities, and seniors, ensuring they maintain dignity, independence, and peace of mind in their own homes. With over 15 years of care experience and a commitment to excellence, Jordan’s Journey delivers hands-on, thoughtful care you can trust.
