Our services are based on each individual need. Our Senior Intake Specialist will make an appointment for one of our partners to come out and do a free in-home assessment.
Yes, we come to you, our goal is to make the transition as easy as possible.
No Jordan’s Journey is a non-medical service. We have Certified Nursing Assistants and we work closely with Registered Nurses and other Medical Professionals to provide the highest quantity of care.
Jordan’s Journey will sit with you and discuss your payment options at the time of your assessment and yes, we do take private forms of payment.

No, we have a service that we offer new or expecting Moms but our staff is never alone with the baby Mom must always be there. We do offer a service for special needs but that will have to be discussed during an assessment.
