In 2018 Theresa decided to start a company committed to partner with families to help to eliminate a lot of the guess work. Jordan’s Journey was established as a resource for the family and the clients to assist through this journey at any stage of life where some extra help may be needed. The staff at Jordan’s Journey are not just staff they are Care Partners. All that have been uniquely selected to adopt a “We are here, we can help” mindset, the company’s mission statement and is what the company is built around. The company operates on respect, honesty, dignity, compassion, and the focus are to meet the needs as they arise while maintaining individual independence for as long as possible.
